  Westpac have been able to provide multiple examples to me of absolute incompetence. Never in a life time would I have ever experienced a bank to be so bad on so many levels.

  I only gave a star just to leave my review. If I could I’d give zero stars.
  Go to another branch!! No service whatsoever! Useless bank tellers with a limited skill set only able to withdrawal and deposit money.
  They might as well just close down the branch as the tellers offer even less then using telephone banking.

  Branch was closed with only a sign on the door rang the branch left a message with no reply rang head office and help line and they had no answer as to why it was even closed was told to deposit our checks online but they don't allow foreign currency closest bank is an hour away . Moving banks

  Long time customer that's moving banks ! No staff available long wait times, even when you call no one checks or calls back on messages left, make an appointment and still get held up always long wait times and a manager that cant give you a minute of their time speaks volumes the Westpac group need to support the branch's better.
