  Very disappointed with my ring. I took it in to replace a stone and to slightly bend back into shape. Some of the settings were slightly loose (only a couple).
  Paid a reasonable price (I thought so before I saw the end result).
  Got it back and the places where it has been rejoined are scrappy, the stones are now set but are more out of place than before, and the bend was not taken out. The response was "that's the best he could do" when I asked about it.
  If you can't fix what you quoted could be fixed, then why take on the job and charge me the full amount? I took it to another jeweller in town and showed him and he said he could have done a better job and restored everything back to normal for a slightly higher price.
  Will not come back. Not even for the free cleans I was offered.
