I made an appointment a week ago and I was very specific about the location as my lawyer works from the same office block and I've had great service from her.
I arrived 10 minutes early and announced my arrival. Politely asked to take a seat.
20 minutes after my appointment was due to start I received a phone call from another office asking why I hadn't turned up!
I'd driven 75 km for the appointment and drove 75 km home again. No service!
Apparently the other office is only 25 km from where I live.
