They were polite and friendly, but I left very unsatisfied with my hair cut. What I was hoping for was a bit more discussion / feedback / explanation from the stylist about the look I wanted to achieve and how to get it - but instead I ended up feeling like I needed to leave so they could get to their next appointment. Super bummed about this coz I live ages away so can't just 'pop-in' to get it fixed :(
