Finally got served but the whole process from when we entered the shop until we left with the script was approximately 25 minutes!

I went there 3 times, they always said come back tomorrow, we are busy but on two occasions they had only 1 customer at their desk. I offered that I’m happy to wait but they were like “Nah, we just can’t do it”. Surprisingly I made a complaint regarding this but no one responded.

Disgusting. I’ve tried calling and there’s no answer. I will never shop here again, how can you accept returns and not thoroughly check the product?

Upon asking for help for a fourth time she proceeded to roll her eyes. Sorry darling, didn’t realise paying customers are such an inconvenience. Cheers to Chemist Warehouse Kangaroo Flat for amazing service and helping with my $300 purchase
