  Completely unprofessional. Arrived 40mins late to appointment with zero communication and no apology. After calling the customer care, the cleaner called from the car and told me parking was hard. I proceeded to explain multiple easy parking opportunities close to the building.
  
  The driver called back saying he didn’t know where he was and it was all too hard, he then said he had to rebook the job. He came across unprofessional and like I was taking up his time. He was already late to my job, and I can imagine he didn’t want to be late to a bigger job after me.
  
  After explaining the booking was end of lease and had to be completed today, he said he wouldn’t complete the booking.
  
  There were multiple parks available I could see from the window of my property, pictured in the photo. I would not recommend this company. Save your money and time and go else where.

  Whatever you do, avoid Drytron at all costs. They are the most unprofessional, disrespectful and unworthy company I have ever dealt with. After booking a carpet clean, we waited hours after multiple confirmations that someone would come out despite the COVID lockdown, but no one came. Finally it was confirmed that no one is coming because of lockdown. After making a complaint of the unprofessional conduct of the business, Rebecca, the supervisor ended up going home without even resolving my query. Some customer service. I tried to take my complaint higher, but apparently the managers of this company don't speak to customers because. They just advised a supervisor to pass on the message that an apology is good enough. PLEASE USE ANOTHER DRY CLEANING BUSINESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!

  I booked Dryton in January couldn’t get appointment until February then appointment cancelled by Dryton and rescheduled. Due to be done next week now has been cancelled again. Very poor. I cancel on you now never to reschedule. Never to recommend.

  After 4 phonecalls since Christmas Day to complain about an area that looks dirtier than before and stains that shouldve been removed,I don't refer to blood and ink I know they cant and are there still ,has been no communication whatsoever from Drytron. Their lack of customer service is disgusting
